3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, the following applies:
24+ hours before service: Full refund
Less than 24 hours: 25% of total is retained
Same-day cancellations / no-shows: 100% charge
Access Policy
If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes, it is treated as a same-day cancellation and charged in full.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
We will return to re-clean the affected area if applicable
If unresolved after the re-clean:
A partial refund may be issued at our discretion
This guarantee is void if:
Not reported within 24 hours
The area has been altered or re-cleaned
External conditions impacted results
5. Property Access
Clients must ensure timely and safe access to the property, including:
Keys
Gate codes
Door codes
Someone present for entry
If access is not provided:
Service may be canceled
Applicable fees may apply
6. Pets
Pets must be secured if aggressive or disruptive
If a pet interferes with service, we may stop the cleaning
Applicable charges may still apply
7. Liability & Damage
Insurance
We carry general liability insurance (coverage subject to policy terms).
Damage Claims
Must be reported within 24 hours
We may repair or replace items if damage is confirmed
Resolution is limited to:
Repair or replacement cost
Insurance coverage limits
8. Personal Property
We exercise care while cleaning
We are not responsible for damage unless due to negligence
We strongly recommend securing:
Valuables
Fragile items
Irreplaceable belongings
9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
This includes:
Biohazards
Hazardous materials
Structural issues
Aggressive animals
Severe unsanitary conditions
Clients must inform us in advance of:

10. Non-Solicitation Policy
To protect our business and team:
Clients agree not to hire or contract directly with any of our cleaners outside of Elite Platinum Pro Clean.
All services must be arranged through our company.
11. Photo Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control
Photos will not include personal identifying details
Photos will never be shared publicly without consent
12. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access
Copy or scrape content
Misuse branding
Engage in fraud or unlawful activity
13. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Policies are violated
Safety risks are present
Conditions are unsafe
Clients may cancel services at any time, but all outstanding balances must be paid.
