These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Elite Platinum Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
Scope of Services
• We provide residential, commercial, event, and specialized cleaning services.
• Services performed will be based on the selections made during booking.
Service Quality
• We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services.
• We do not guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, buildup, or allergens.
• Results vary depending on the condition, age, and material of surfaces.
Property Condition
• Clients must provide accurate information about property size and condition when booking.
• If the condition differs significantly from what was described, we may:
• adjust the service price
• convert the service to a deep cleaning
• decline the service
2. Booking and Payment
Booking
• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.
• Services may be booked through our website, booking platform, or directly with our team.
Service Quotes
• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided during booking.
• Final pricing may change based on:
• property condition
• time required
• additional services requested
Payment Process
By booking online, you authorize a full charge to the card provided at the time of scheduling.
This charge secures your appointment and guarantees your reserved service time.
All payments are processed securely.
Final Payment
The total cost of your service is calculated based on the details provided at the time of booking and is charged in full to secure your appointment.
If additional services, time, or changes are requested during the appointment, any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before additional charges are applied.

Failed or Late Payments
• Clients must ensure the payment method on file is valid and has sufficient funds.
• If payment fails, the client must provide an alternative payment method.
• We may suspend future services until payment is received.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply when:
• extra services are requested
• the property requires additional time or labor
• the property condition differs from the booking details
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our cleaning professionals:
Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance:
A full refund will be issued with no penalties.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
25% of the total booking amount will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access:
The full booking amount will be retained.
Access to the property:
If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and will be charged in full.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
When notified within the required timeframe, we may:
• schedule a return visit to re-clean the affected area.
If the issue remains unresolved after the re-clean:
• a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
The satisfaction guarantee becomes void if:
• notice is not provided within 24 hours
• the area has been altered or re-cleaned
• conditions outside our control affected the cleaning results
5. Non-Solicitation
Elite Platinum Solutions LLC invests time and resources in recruiting and retaining staff.
By using our services, you agree:
• not to solicit
• not to hire
• not to contract with
any employee or contractor of the Company outside of the Company.
All services involving our personnel must be arranged through Elite Platinum Solutions LLC.
6. Property Access
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property.
Access may include:
• keys
• gate codes
• door codes
• someone present to allow entry
If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time:
• the appointment may be canceled
• a lockout or service fee may apply
7. Pets
• Clients must secure aggressive or disruptive pets before service.
• If a pet interferes with safe cleaning, we may stop the service.
• Applicable service fees may still apply.
8. Liability and Damage Claims
Insurance
• The Company maintains general liability insurance.
• Coverage is subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
Damage Claims
Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
If we determine damage was caused by our service, we may:
• repair the item
• replace the item
Resolution may be limited to repair or replacement cost and insurance coverage limits.
9. Personal Property
• Our staff exercises reasonable care while performing services.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence.
Clients should secure:
• valuables
• fragile items
• irreplaceable belongings
before the cleaning service.
10. Health and Safety
We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.
Unsafe conditions may include:
• biohazards
• hazardous materials
• structural hazards
• aggressive animals
• unsanitary conditions
Service may be canceled and applicable fees may apply.
Clients must inform us in advance of:
• infectious diseases
• hazardous environments
• health risks present at the property
11. Photo Documentation
• We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and documentation.
• Photos will not include personal identifying information.
• Photos will not be publicly shared without client consent.
12. Website Usage
Users of our website agree not to:
• attempt unauthorized system access
• scrape or collect website data
• misuse company branding or content
• distribute malware or conduct cyber attacks
• impersonate individuals or engage in fraud
• use the website unlawfully
We reserve the right to restrict access or pursue legal action when necessary.
13. Termination
Termination by Client
• Clients may terminate services at any time.
• All outstanding balances must be paid.
Termination by Company
We may suspend or terminate services if:
• safety risks are present
• terms are violated
• unsafe conditions exist
Commercial services may be governed by separate written contracts.
14. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and protect confidential information obtained during services.
Client information will not be shared except:
• when required by law
• when necessary to provide services
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Acknowledgment
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
